A commercially 3D printers are sold by the set, print quality is difficult to control, The purposed of this study is focused on 3D printer technology, we divided two parts: one is design out seven species different of nozzle head wind tube flow road, find most for of nozzle head wind tube flow road to for print forming, the other is through most for of nozzle head wind tube flow road to adjustment thermal wind bulk percentage to do 3D forming of action, altogether forming 20 group artifacts, this 20 group speed percentage respectively for 100%, and 95%, and 90%, and 85%, and 80%, and 75%, and 70%, and 65%, and 60 , 55%, 55%, 50%, 45%, 40%, 35%, 30%, 25%, 15%, 10%, through 20 different speed for 3D printing as a percentage of the finished product quality improvement and discussion. Results show: the design of the nozzle head air duct flow with 75% thermal wind percentages can get better surface quality; layer thickness is 0.15 μ m.
