We will have our first monthly meeting next Wednesday. I’d like to take this opportunity to stress the importance of this meeting in that it can:
1. Promote awareness and transparency of each others’ activities;
2. Streamline collaboration among different departments of the company;
3. Increase overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company;
4. Serve as an forum for continued learning and idea sharing;
5. Promote cohesivenss of the company as a whole.
At each meeting, each person (for those working very closely together, you could combine your presentations into one) please come prepared with 10 minute presentatioin containing the following topics:
1. What have been accomplished in the past month (against goals set last month)?
2. What challenges were encountered or will you anticipate (thinking ahead)?
3. What are your plans to overcome these challenges?
4. What are your goals for the following month?
