We can discuss the project payment terms and conditions as we move ahead with this project. We would like to propose the payment in following two steps: 1. An upfront payment before we commercialise the product in India depending on the successful development of the formulation. We can have various milestone payment terms here as we further need to develop the formulation.2. After we commercialise the product in the Indian market, we can work on a royalty based payment depending on the number of units we sell for first 3 years. The units will be arrived after preparation of Business Plan.
