18.2 Upon termination of the Lease

18.2 Upon termination of the Lease Agreement, the Lessee shall cancel the Lease Agreement. Where the Lessee fails to cancel such registration within fourteen (14) days of the termination of the Lease Agreement, the Lessor may cancel the registration at the Lessee's expense. Such cancellation may be based on the Lessee's written notice of termination, the Lessor's written termination of the Lease Agreement for convenience/cause or the enforcement officer's endorsement on the document forming the basis of the eviction proceedings. The Lessee shall pay all expenses incidental to the cancellation of the Lease Agreement.
