Any claim by the buyer as to the quantity (with sipper seal attached) or quality of the goods must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the arrival of the goods at the port of destination. An acceptable surveyor’s certificate or any other authentic evidence to substantiate the claim must support the claim. No claim will be made after the stipulated period.
