We also remind you that Board room is managed only by Marta Giussani on the 5th floor, and that the Aquarium Room on the 3rd floor is managed by Giovanni Valerio:


Each meeting room is equipped with:

- Flip chart

- Monitor (you can book with Zimbra)

- Bottles of water at room temperature.

In the hall in front of meeting rooms you will find additional chairs, they can be used in case of need (and put them back after)

We will try to ensure that rooms are always in order and please do the same so as can always be ready for usage.
