Damage deposit

We pre-authorize your card provided on arrival for a damage deposit. This is refunded after departure ensuring the bills have been paid and the apartment has been left without any damage. All apartments are strictly non-smoking.

However this changes depending on the length of stay:

3 night stay - 1 night accommodation

3 to 6 nights - 2 nights accommodation

6 to 12 nights - 5 nights accommodation

12 Nights or more are solved individually
