At the time of preparing this proposal Zyme-Flow Decon Technology does not have Formosa shutdown procedures for these units. However, it is assumed that on completion of draining and pumping out of the equipment Formosa would follow conventional shutdown procedures i.e. steaming out would start. At this stage Zyme-Flow Decon Technology’s decontamination services begin. When the equipment is hot (Temperature > 115 oC) and there is a good steam stream exiting the top of the equipment then Zyme-Flow Decon Technology will start chemical injection. Injection will continue with hourly readings until the readings indicate that the decontamination is completed. At this stage the column is handed back to operations for a water flush followed by readying the column for entry.
