I have known Joseph very well for over ten years. When Chien-Chih (Joseph) studied at NKUST, I was the supervisor of his graduation project, and he was a student in two of my courses. Joseph was the team leader of his graduation project, and as such, I had numerous discussions with him on the progress of this project. I kept in contact with him after he graduated, and I invited him to serve as the industry lecturer for the Mobile Apps Development course. Due to his excellent performance at NKUST, I have no doubts that Joseph is the best candidate for your graduate program.
