I am sorry to inform you that we cannot fulfill your request according to the charging date even the food was ordered in January. Our standard OKYK charging procedure is:First, we will only open the bill on the member’s pick up date (After all the products confirmed),Second, once the member pick up their food, at the same time we need the member’s signature as an approval to close the check.The above procedures is to make sure that your requisition of food order is available and correct before we charge to your account.So we can only debit your account once you received the food on 4th February.
