most negative is my previous supervisor who followed the boss's instruction without questioning the rationale and purpose behind it. The real motive may not be as simple as it seem yet there is no thought through process before delegating the work. It makes me rethink about the meaning of my work and whether i should continue working for such a person. The follow up effects is that I left my job and took time off to spend with my family. I have never regret my decision.
