The way the site should work is that beneficiaries will be signed up by an admin.
Then donors can come in and create accounts and make donations. ( looking for suggestions on how to collect this) I was thinking of utilizing an out of the box shopping cart.
Those donations are stored as credits to be used at companies that are signed up.
The donor will visit a company and make a purchase.
