10:40 Concierge received a box of fruits for 4A Ms. Lin. Unfortunately we were too busy to deliver the package immediately. Therefore, we kept the fruit in the fridge temporarily.11:34 Ms. Lin message and asked if her package was already delivered at 10:40?11:35 We replied yes and await for her instructions then we will assistant to delivery to upstairs.11:36 Ms. Lin replied why not delivery the package directly? Why leave it on the concierge without refrigeration? Why didn’t we inform her butler, Ms. Shen when we received the package when she is overseas ?
