we would like to thank all of you who started the goal setting phase of the Performance Management Process (PMP).

We remind that, as any other PMP phase, has to start from each of us and that, the dead line for the goals approval of the managers has to be closed by the end of December.

We also confirm you that Altamira employees are managing all inputs regarding the platform arrived till today : as this is a start-up system, this inputs are useful to bring improvement and to make the platform more user friendly.
