Herein, we reported on the development, characterization and application of a novel adsorbent, rice husk grafted poly (methyl acrylic acid) (RH-g-PMAA) via surfaced initiated ATRP method in water solution. We chose cerium ions as adsorbate to evaluate the adsorption property of RH-g-PMAA.
