Give specific examples. If you only state a general point, it is very likely that you will be forgotten by the interviewer—especially if there are many interviewees.- Make sure your examples are ones that are relevant to the job, and/or to the types of work responsibilitythat are important for doing the job. Also, the more recent these experiences are, the better they will be for giving the interviewer a clearer idea of who you are and what you can do.
