The Parties herein shall undertake

The Parties herein shall undertake to maintain the composition of the said Account throughout the Project period and neither party shall divert and/nor cause to divert the payment into any other accounts or make changes to the cheque signatories without prior written consent from the other.

本合同双方应保持在整个项目期间的说帐户组成和任何一方不得挪用和 / 也不是原因，转移到任何其他帐户付款或更改支票签署人未经事先书面同意从另。

結果 (中文) 2:

在此，缔约国应承担起维护该帐户在整个项目周期组成，且任何一方不得挪用和/也不使转移支付到任何其他帐户或进行更改支票签署人未经其他事先书面同意。

結果 (中文) 3:

在此协议中，双方应保证在项目期内保持该帐户的组成，任何一方不得转移和/或导致转移支付到任何其他帐户或未经另一方事先书面同意的支票签署方。
