It is out of the respect for the late Perak Sultan Tuanku Azlan Shah & as a matter of goodwill, I have instructed my lawyer to settle the matter with PM Dato Seri Najib Razak & his wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.

The settlement is based on the basis that no apology is required & also there is no order as to cost.
