Once you have booked your flight, put your flight details in the Arrival Form we sent you by e-mail and reply it to [e-mail]. Regardless you want to use the pick-up service or not, it is mandatory for all of the international students to complete the form and send it back to us by July 29. You also can check the pick-up time schedule with the Arrival Form.
