If at any time during the continuan

If at any time during the continuance of this contract either party is disabled in performing, in whole or in part, any obligations under this contract because of Force Majeure Condition, then the date of fulfilment of any engagement shall be postponed during the time when such circumstances operate. The party which is unable of fulfil its engagements under the contract owing to Force Majeure must immediately inform the other party by official notification of the existence of such circumstances.
