Vegetables lovers here is a great combination of Vegetables and Rice.Try our vegetables Biryani and enjoy.Ingredients : 2 cup Rice (Soaked for 30 minutes)1 tsp salt or to taste 1 tsp Oil1/2 tsp vinegar 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp Ginger Paste 1 cup Onion&garlic paste (Boiled) 1 medium-sized Tomato (Chopped)4 Green chili (Chopped)1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp Red chili powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp salt or to taste 5 medium-sized Potatoes (Cut into Pieces)1 cup Peas1 cup Carrot (Chopped) 1 tbsp Capsicum (Chopped)1/2 tsp All spice powder 1/2 cup Coriander leaves (Chopped)1 tsp water & Food Color Direction:-In pot, add water,salt,oil, vinegar and bring it to boil.-Add rice and boil rice till 90 percent done,strain and set aside.-In pot, add oil,Ginger paste,Onion&garlic boiled paste,saute little and add Tomato,Green chili,coriander powder,salt,red chili powder ,Turmeric powder and give it a good mix.-Now add Potatoes,peas,carrot and capsicum,mix well.Add all spice powder ,coriander leaves and mix.-For assembling,add boiled Rice,vegetables gravy,coriander leaves,Second layer of boiled Rice, coriander leaves and Water+food color and all spice powder.-Cover and steam cook for 15_20 minutes.-Serve hot.So must try it For more easy and yummy recipessubscribe to my YouTube channel.its free so please do it.
