11.4 The Client nay, if the Works are halted for a continuous period of 60 days by reason of an Event of Force Majeure, immediately terminate this Contract by giving a notice of termination to the Consultant.
11.5 Upon receipt of a notice of termination from the Client under this Article, the Consultant must either immediately or upon any date as is specified in the notice of termination:
11.5.1 Cease all further Works, except for any Works the Client may specify in the notice of termination; and
11.5.2 Deliver to the Client all documents prepared by the Consultant in connection with the works as at the date of termination.
