All materials and products to be installed shall be subjected to prior approval of the Engineer at least sixty (60) days prior to starting construction of the metal works specified herein, unless otherwise specified. Included in this requirement are submissions of shop drawings, catalogues and samples for product selection. Where manufacturer’s standard catalogues are submitted, the specific items, materials, quality and finish proposed for use on the project shall be clearly identified.
Workmanship shall be neat and in accordance with present day practice and to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
