Subject to Article 7.1, the Manufacturer shall have no rights in respect of any technology and any intellectual property of the Client in respect of it or any of the trademarks, or any pictograms designed especially by and for the Client, and the Manufacturer shall not use any of that technology or that intellectual property except for the purposes specified in Article 5.1 and otherwise in accordance with this contract.
