Contractor shall identify and apply all relevant local requirements while ensuring compliance with Functional Requirements. In the event Functional Requirements conflict with relevant local requirements , Contractor shall notify Employer immediately and provide a recommended resolution plan. Employer's expectation is that the most stringent requirement is pursued . Any deviations to the requirements in this document shall require a written proposal from the Contractor and be submitted to Employer for review and approval . Any cost and/or time implications shall be hand led as a variation in accordance with the terms stated within C.OOB Conditions of Contract.
