Since continuously Li Tang INC. focuses sale about VRTT TOOL products and keeping good relationship with customers. Also we had NDA agreement with Intel, so if about technology questions this part for APAC’s Flaconee to handle it, about face to customers that easier for us but about technology we need time to know it more.
We can take RMA service and advise two steps, first of step is Alessandra offer additional inventory to us to exchange customers defective products and then accumulate some tools just send back to Alessandra, if customers have any about technology to supply them I’ll mail to Kevin for a hand. About freight cost come and back and tariff all for Intel, besides we don’t charge because I learn a lot how to deal with things and have great attitude from TNT team and enjoy work time with them very much.
Second of step if we are doing well the step one who can help customers to obviate the possibility of a basic mistake, for this reason we need APAC’s Falconee to train our engineer, therefore we will buy some instruments to build a lab for it.
