Infringement and Proprietary Rights
Seller at its expense will indemnify and hold Buyer harmless with respect to every claim that may be brought against Buyer or others that use the products of a Purchase Contract, for any alleged infringement of any present or future patent, copyright, industrial design right or other proprietary right based on Seller's activity under a Purchase Contract, or the manufacture, sale, or use of the products (i) alone, (ii) in combination by reason of their content, design or structure, or (iii) in combination in accordance with Seller's recommendations.
