In each individual case, all products shall correspond in all details with the product specificationsagreed with Hama and/or the approved reference samples. Changes to the product, in particularchanges regarding the functionality, design, formula, components used, packaging, user manual,product features and other product characteristics shall only be permissible upon prior writtenagreement of Hama. In cases where the supplier of the product ordered by Hama is also themanufacturer, a transfer of the production to subcontractors shall only be permissible upon priorwritten approval by Hama.
