This person gives evidence of significant affective disturbance that is likely to be associated with either Major Depressive disorder or a chronic disposition to becoming depressed. The possibility should also be considered that the test findings in this respect are reflecting a depressive phase of Bipolar or Cyclothymic disorder. There are additional indicators that his affective problems are secondary to substantial difficulties he is having in establishing and maintaining rewarding interpersonal relationships. This is discussed elsewhere in this report.
