Ease of use refers to the extent of the effort required to use the SST and the complexity of operating the SST interface (Dabholkar, 1996; Lee, Lee,& Eastwood, 2003; Simon & Usunier, 2007; Timmor & Rymon, 2007; Yen, 2005). On the one hand, it is possible that the technology-based self-service requires more efforts of consumers than the traditional interpersonal service encounters.
