II. STEADY-STATE ANALYSIS The asymmetrical half bridge flyback converter topology is depicted in Fig. 1. In this circuit, assumed that the transformer magnetizing inductance m L is much larger than leakage inductance r L , and blocking capacitor r C can be seen as a resonant capacitor, only two operation stages are investigated during a switching cycle ignoring the switching transitions. Then the simplified inductor current waveforms are shown in Fig. 2, where r i is the current through r L , m i is the current through m L and [t0 – t0’] represents a switching cycle S T .
