Semester 2, 2012 graduates – How do I receive my award certificate?
Semester 2, 2012 graduates who registered by the deadline to receive their award by mail will receive their award after 29 March 2013. For graduates who registered to collect their award from Graduations Office Building 101, level 1 Bentley Campus, awards will be ready for collection after 29 March 2013. Please bring photo identification to collect.
Note: Graduates who have not registered to receive their award certificate or attend a ceremony, will receive an OC message via OASIS from the 18 July 2013 outlining how to register for the next round of ceremonies.

Semester 1 2013 graduates - how do I graduate?
If this is your final Semester, please complete and submit the Intention to Graduate Form to your Faculty Student Services Office by 15 June 2013.
An official Graduation Invitation will be sent via OASIS from 18 July 2013 to all graduating students with details on how to either register for a ceremony or receive award by mail or collect in person from the Graduations Office. No invitation will be sent to mailing addresses. All graduating students are required to register via OASIS by the deadline to receive their award certificate. The deadline to register via OASIS is 15 August 2013.

Change or amend formal name?
To change your formal name* on your award certificate please fax through to the Graduations Office +61 8 9266 3279 a certified copy of either your passport or birth certificate along with the Personal Details, Change of [.pdf] form. (*subject to conditions)
New graduates please note:
Your contact details must be kept up to date at all times in OASIS. To check your details log in to OASIS, go to the ‘my studies’ tab, click on ‘eStudent’ then “My Details’.
All official communications regarding Graduations will be sent via OCC to your OASIS account.
Need award verification?
For Curtin awards granted post-1992, the Curtin Online Award Verification is available via the Graduations website. For Curtin awards granted pre-1992 only, please submit an online request by clicking on the online web request button at graduations.curtin.edu.au/verification. Please note that priority will be given to companies who contact us via the web request link.
