Power consumption is 30mA higher if
- eth0 is down after booting and then go to suspend

Power consumption is normal if
- eth0 is up and then go to suspend
- eth0 is up and down once and then go to suspend

*It seems that some initialization is missing in the FEC probe function but done in the open function.
- I've checked that the Ethernet regulator is already turned off in the probe. If it's not turn off, another 20mA will be added.
