Payment shall be made by the Bank no later than 7 days after presentation of a demand by the Beneficiary along with the original Bank Guarantee. All payments made under a Bank Guarantee shall be free and clear of any withholding, deductions, set off, taxes, charges and fees of whatsoever nature.
