For some of high pin count Q type products we need the spec 50~250uinch (internal control spec will be 50~200uinch)
Plating thickness (silver disposition) related too many factors such as lead shape ,plating area, plating current ,time , tooling design etc….
If can please accept we case by case to review and feedback in VDA for the plating thickness spec 50~200uinch .
