WHEREAS, EGAT will be transferring

WHEREAS, EGAT will be transferring the Engine Facility to the Company;
WHEREAS, EGAT has constructed its own New Engine Shop adjacent to the Engine Facility that contains a Wastewater Treatment Facility;
WHEREAS, the Company will be leasing a separate portion of the New Engine Shop; and
WHEREAS, EGAT and the Company desire that EGAT shall provide certain Wastewater Services to the Company, as defined individually below, within EGAT’s New Engine Shop.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and of the mutual covenants and conditions contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged and agreed, the Parties hereto agree:

鑒於，泰國電力公司和公司希望泰國電力公司在其新的發動機車間內為公司提供特定的廢水服務，具體定義如下。
囙此，考慮到上述前提和本協定所載的相互約定和條件，以及其他良好和有價值的對價，其接收和充分性已得到承認和同意，雙方同意：
