THE PUBLISHER undertakes to put the aforementioned work within FOURTEEN (14) months of
signature of the present Agreement. Moreover, he undertakes to maintain it on sale, it being specified that the work shall be considered “maintained on sale” if it is actually on sale in the edition authorized in Article 3, and considered “out of print” if the number of copies in stock is under 200.
