4. Luke generally provides more detailed physical descriptions than do other biblical authors. He is especially detailed when it comes to medical conditions, healings, and sea voyages.
5. Acts is dominated by the organizational pattern of geographical movement. In Acts 1:8, the author provides the reader with an outline of the contents of the book, and methodically follows the expansion of the church from Jerusalem to all Judea, Samaria, and ultimately to the uttermost parts of the earth.
