Notwithstanding clause 4.3, the Lessee may extend the Term of the Lease Agreement with twelve (12) months prior to the termination of the Term. The Lessee shall give notice to the Lessor of the expected date of completion of all nacelle assembly works related to the Project(s) no later than three (3) months prior to such date. The Term shall then expire on the earlier of (i) one (1) month after the completion date notified to the Lessor and (ii) the expiry of twenty four (24) months after the Term Commencement Date (the “Term Expiry Date”), thus the aggregate Term shall in no event exceed 24 months.
