Currently, you can collect tickets in three methods:“Collecting tickets at convenience stores,” “E-tickets via App” and “Collecting tickets at ticket service locations.” If you need to collect paper-based tickets after purchasing online, please follow the method selected while making the purchase.1. Collecting tickets at convenience stores: If you select to collect tickets at convenience stores when making the purchase, you may collect your tickets at any of the following three convenience store chains. (An additional handling fee of NT$ 8 /per ticket will be charged while purchasing.)*NOTE: Multifunctional kiosks in convenience stores do not provide interface in foreign languages and may not be available in few stores. E-tickets via App: If you select to receive e-tickets via App when making the purchase, please download the OpenArts App and log in the account used for the purchase. After verifying your information upon logging in for the first time, the e-tickets will be loaded into the App. (No additional handling fee is required.)3. Collecting tickets at ticket service locations: If you select to collect tickets at ticket service locations when making the purchase, you may collect the paper-based tickets at the following locations. (No additional handling fee is required.)*NOTE: Upon collecting tickets, you will be requested to present (1) ID card number or passport number and (2) last five digits of your order number or credit card used for making the purchase. Please be kindly reminded to collect tickets in advance to prevent from being caught up due to the amount of audiences waiting for collecting tickets and thus being late for the show. Please also be advised that ticket collection onsite is not available in some venues.
