during the continuance of this Agreement, its controlling shareholder (shareholder holding at least 30% of the issued shares) and one of the directors of the Consultant shall be Mr. Lau Sui Ching and all the Services are provided under the supervision of Mr. Lau Sui Ching [please specify any other person as appropriate].
