Failure to comply with price fixation terms, a penalty in the form of Rollover Charges @ US$ 500 per container will be charged to the Buyer’s Account. Further, Initial / Variation Margin Call Money will be called within 24 hours for all rollover.
Only one such rollover permitted during the entire validity of a contract.
