The Bank will covenant and undertak

The Bank will covenant and undertake with the Beneficiary in the Guarantee Agreement that the validity of the Guarantee Agreement and the program of Bank Guarantees issued under the Guarantee Agreement will continue to be fully valid and effective and the Bank’s liability under each Bank Guarantee will be unconditional notwithstanding:
