In 5 July 2016, A flight of Dragonair A321-231 Aircraft (No. B-HTF) and KA212 from Hong Kong to Phuket took off at 8:55 am at the Hong Kong International Airport and left the engine suspected of overheating and causing a fire. Aircrews detected and immediately returned to the Hong Kong International Airport, the whole crew was unharmed, passengers stay at the airport for five hours after being arranged to take the second Dragonair A321-231 aircraft to Phuket. Because of this accident, the customers lose confidence, so that the number of people fell down.
