The OWNER will send the high reproduction files by ftp to the PUBLISHER at the price of 1000,00 Euros
that means 500,00 Euros x 2 Titiles (minus 16,72% withholding tax) .

The PUBLSHER shall not modify, rent, loan, distribute or create derivate works based upon such
reproduction material, in whole or in part or free of charge. The PUBLISHER also shall not obtain the
reproduction material from any other source, including, but not limited to, scanning from the printed books
or sharing film or digital material with another owner’s Licensee, without the OWNER’s prior approval.
