• Adrenal health
o Magnesium CALM: Roughly 1.5 tsp twice a day (mixed with water). First two days once a day.
o Ashwagandha (brand: GAIA or Planetary Herbals) or Adrenal health GAIA (better but more expensive)
Twice a day
o Vitamin C with bioflavonoids:
1000mg daily
• Thyroid
o Taurine: 1000 mg daily (brand: Jarrow Formulas)
o Selenium: 200 mcg daily (brand: source naturals or nature’s way)
• Progesterone deficiency
o Progesterone cream: Rest days 1-7, apply twice daily upon awakening and before going to bed. (follow instructions in box) Brand: Emerita
• Other Supplements:
o Omega 3’s: take as directed (preferred brand is Carlson or Nordic naturals)
o Pearls Probiotics: take once daily on empty stomach in morning
o Women’s one daily by Rainbow Light: take once daily with food
• Water:
o 11 cups: Increase water intake by one cup a day
• Other
o No more fast foods, eat more wholesome places
o Walking at least 5-7 times a day for at least 30-45 minutes
o Important: Avoid wheat **
o Avoid candida foods: sweets, foods with yeast – baked goods, and corn
