The highest amount of participants in the study was femalein the CBIA-DM group (57 %, n = 30), with meanof age 55.3 years (ranges 39 – 68). Participants’ educationlevels were equal in the three groups as the mostappropriately state to compare the impact of strategyintervention among the three groups. Relative to durationof illness, CBIA-DM group (n = 30) was less than5 years (23 %) equal with normal care group, while DMclub was the highest among the three groups (43 %).The highest usage of medicines in the three groups wasmetformin which reached up to 63 % in normal caregroup, 60 % in the CBIA-DM group and 59 % in DMclub.
