6.1 Upon SEMICON’s prior written consent, TEKCORE may inspect the OEM Products before the shipment by SEMICON. TEKCORE will have the right to accept or refuse the inspected the OEM Products based on the inspection results. Any defective product, part, or portion thereof shall be returned to TEKCORE or otherwise shall be scraped by SEMICON under the direction of TEKCORE.

6.2 All the OEM Products that are defective or otherwise manufactured but not supplied to TEKCORE shall be returned to TEKCORE within 30 days from the manufacturing of those defective products. Other remaining Products including scrap shall be also returned to TEKCORE in accordance with this provision. The compensation for return cost or scrapping cost shall be agreed by the parties if the defects were caused by SEMICON,

6.3 Upon SEMICON’s prior written consent, TEKCORE may check the manufacturing status such as the quantity of the OEM Products in the process of manufacturing, manufactured and delivered, or kept in stock.
