I will only remind staff once for submission of leave application if they forget

If the staff still fail either to provide evidence of his/her sick leave or approved AL two days after my reminder, his/her leave will be treated no-pay leave and is subject to salary deduction or discipline sanction whenever they company consider
appropriate.unless you have a very convincing story .
