The completion may require minimal amounts of flaring as a majority of gas will be tied into the existing pipeline to clean up the zone after perforating and possible stimulation. Gas would only be flared long enough to ensure that it meets pipeline specifications.
Following the clean-up period a flow test may be performed. The test would include flows and build-ups. Crocotta will attempt to flow the well during the test period down existing pipeline infrastructure. If necessary due to limitations on the current pipeline some flaring may occur.
All flaring will adhere to the ERCB. Flaring, and well servicing requirements as published in the current edition of the ERCB Interim Directive publications
